Placing Order~

- Name of shop (Tokyo Fashion Co., PG Mall etc)

- Size (*if have)

- Price in NT
- Normal or Registered mailing or Speedpost (Local mailing)
1. Speed post + Local postage (will receive within a day) *HIGHLY recommended for bulky items & heavy parcels!!
2. Registered mailing + Local postage
3. Meet up at my convenience (if you want to save on local postage)
Please check the product cum color code & URL carefully before submitting order to Tw.Sprees as we are not responsible for any wrong order given by customers.
Charges~
There will be a 1-time payment to save the hassle of money transfer.
Rates: 1 TWD = 0.05SGD
Agent fees: 10% of the item price in NT/TWD (Taiwan New Dollar)
Total = (Price of items x 1.1 x 0.05) + (Taiwan airfreight + Local postage)
Local postage:
Apparel/Accessories:
Non-standard parcel: SGD$1.00 for 1st item; SGD$0.50 for each additional item.
Bags/Shoes (Bulky items):
Non-standard parcel: SGD$2.55 for 1st item; SGD$1.50 for each additional item.
Speed Post: SGD$10 (spree-ers will receive parcel within a day)
Registered parcel: additional charge of SGD$2.24 (spree-ers will receive parcel within 2 to 3 working days)
For registered & Speedpost parcels, article number will be sent via email after items have been sent. Buyers may check the status of your mail at:

Tw.Sprees will not be responsible for any damaged or lost parcel using non-standard mailing. Thus, we strongly encouraged customers & especially those who order more than 5 items to choose registered mailing.
We will make sure all items are wrap carefully to prevent any damage before posting.
Payment Mode~
We accept POSB and UOB bank transfer.
Upon receiving your order, we will email an order confirmation with total payment.
Payment has to be made within 2 days after receiving order confirmation. (No payment = No order)
Do email us to confirm your fund transfer for verification purpose.
Awaiting Timeline:
- Awaiting supplier's reply: 1 to 5 working days
- Restocking of items: 7 to 30 working days
- Air freight: 7 to 10 working days
- Local mailing: Tw.Spree mail parcels everyday.
- Registered mailing: On working days.
We’re not responsible for ~
1. Wrong order provide by customers.
2. Wrong delivery address provide by customers.
3. Wrong items like size & colors sent by suppliers.
4. Any defects or damaged items sent by suppliers.
5. Lost or damaged parcel during the shipment.
Take note!
- All prices are non-negotiable.
- No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once payment is made.
- Non-serious buyers will be blacklisted.
- Your particulars will be kept private & confidential.
- Please accept slight color differences due to different monitor resolution.
- The arrival time of the items varies, especially items under “追加” restocking, may take 1 to 2 months for it to arrive in Singapore. Do not place order if you are impatient.
- Tw.Sprees will update customers via email regularly on which are the items that are still pending for stock so you can track when you’ll probably receive it.
- As the shipment cost for very few items is expensive. Therefore, spree-ers are to share/bear airfreight cost for sprees with quantity that fall below 7 items.
- Tw.Sprees will either postpone or refund the money in full if we do not reach the minimum requirement given by the suppliers.
- We reserved the rights to make any changes at any point of time.
